Second-hand Yamaha YG200 placement machine is generally about the 2005-2009 year equipment, the frame was cast once to ensure durability and stability, windows operating system, 4 heads 24nozzles placement, 6 nozzles on each head, 2 pieces can be attached at one time PCB,
dual-axis and double-screw drive ensure high-speed, long-term, high-load and high-precision production. Five kinds of material racks can correspond to all the tape components, realizing the intelligence of the tape rack.
The theoretical 45,000 points per hour. The actual production speed is about 30,000 points per hour. It is a placement machine with medium machine size and high-speed machine speed.
